Description

  • Lead and develop a small, distributed team of Support Engineers across the US and Israel
  • Manage escalations through resolution and drive lasting fixes
  • Spot recurring issues and work with Product, Engineering, and Operations to prevent them from returning
  • Create internal tools, knowledge resources, and support playbooks
  • Track service levels, quality, and partner satisfaction, improving team processes as needed
  • Keep the team prepared for 24/7 coverage and steady during critical incidents
  • Coordinate with contact center partners to improve service
  • Lead onboarding, training, and continued team development
  • Join the on-call backup rotation

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Hebrew at a native level, both written and spoken
  • Available to work US hours
  • At least four years of hands-on Support Engineer experience
  • At least two years leading a technical support team
  • Comfortable working with APIs, Postman, SQL, and support platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and root-cause analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to influence Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
  • Fintech experience is a strong plus
