Lead Beneva’s digital experience strategy for commercial insurance and broker distribution. Shape the digital vision, govern products, prioritize investments, and guide solution delivery.
Description
- Shape and refine the strategic direction of Beneva’s digital offering
- Set experience standards, priorities, and direction for secure, consistent, high-performing services
- Track market developments and the evolving needs of partners
- Create strategies for optimizing and reusing digital capabilities
- Rank investments according to value, effort, and risk
- Convert commercial insurance and broker distribution needs into fit-for-purpose digital solutions
- Map effective customer journeys and inform strategic choices with data and business expertise
- Direct the definition and prioritization of digital initiatives
- Prepare business cases and advise on investment decisions
- Measure and report the value delivered by digital initiatives
- Keep digital strategy aligned with initiative execution
- Work with key stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional dependencies
- Verify that business, technology, and regulatory obligations are met
- Help teams adopt and continuously enhance digital solutions
- Enable change management and monitor journey performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, marketing, or a related discipline
- At least 10 years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in digital strategy, product management, digital transformation, or digital experience within a complex environment involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance, preferably with experience in commercial insurance and broker distribution
- Experience in a scaled Agile setting such as SAFe, including work with Agile Release Trains, Business Owners or Product Managers, dependency coordination, and PI Planning
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence or comparable tools
- Advanced spoken and written French
- Functional spoken and written English
