Senior Associate Executive Rewards Project Manager - Calgary Hybrid

Advise Marsh McLennan clients on executive compensation, including incentive design, proxy analysis, and board materials. Hybrid position available in Calgary, Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa, or Montreal.

Description

  • Contribute to the design, evaluation, and rollout of executive compensation programs
  • Conduct analysis related to proxy disclosures
  • Develop polished materials, presentations, and recommendations for clients
  • Create deliverables for boards and compensation committees
  • Support reviews and benchmarking of annual and long-term incentive plans
  • Evaluate pay-for-performance alignment, incentive opportunities, and governance factors
  • Partner with senior consultants and client teams to provide practical, high-quality advice
  • Connect compensation programs with business strategy, talent objectives, and shareholder expectations

Requirements

  • At least five years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience reviewing proxy statements to assess and compare executive compensation programs
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to turn data and analysis into clear recommendations for clients
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • High attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Collaborative, client-focused approach and interest in developing as a consultant
  • BComm, HBA/MBA, MIR, or related degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, human resources, and/or accounting, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience with compensation surveys, proxy data, or incentive plan design is preferred
  • CFA designation is an asset
