Resident Field Technician I – ATMs | NCR Atleos

Install, maintain, and repair ATMs and financial equipment for NCR Atleos in Imperatriz. Support reliable operations and positive customer experiences.

Description

  • Install, maintain, and repair equipment across an assigned territory or region
  • Address customer concerns by resolving issues or escalating them to the supervisor, territory manager, or Control Tower
  • Store parts at home, receive and ship materials, and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Resolve customer incidents to satisfaction or within agreed service levels
  • Support low-complexity financial products and services, including ATMs
  • Complete minor repairs and component replacements on Level I equipment such as PCs, workstations, peripherals, printers, and front-end POS systems
  • Provide first-line maintenance for ATMs and kiosks
  • Assist with site preparation, including cable installation, equipment setup, and basic testing
  • Perform modular swaps and replace units when required
  • Build customer relationships and maintain informal local communication channels with account contacts
  • Represent NCR positively in customer interactions
  • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on assigned products
  • Diagnose faults, perform minor repairs, and replace module-level components
  • Follow required safety procedures when working with ATMs or inside financial institutions

Requirements

  • Technical high school diploma
  • Registration with the Federal Council of Industrial Technicians (CFT)
  • Valid Category B or higher driver’s license
  • Proof of two-dose COVID-19 vaccination
  • 0–1 year of related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience using Windows operating systems
  • Experience maintaining and supporting PC hardware
  • A+ ITE certification or a diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Capacity to learn new skills quickly
  • Successful completion of the position’s applicable screening criteria
