Remote Configuration Analyst – ADTRAV Travel Management

Configure and support travel booking, meetings, and travel-management platforms for ADTRAV in a remote role. Apply expertise in Concur, Sabre, Cvent, and related systems to support client implementations, troubleshooting, and system improvements.

Description

  • Design and maintain ADTRAV and third-party platforms, including RezDesk, Concur, Deem, Cytric, GetThere, and Cvent
  • Act as a subject-matter expert during client implementations, including meeting implementations
  • Configure and customize new accounts while accurately implementing customer requirements
  • Set up online booking and meetings tools, profile systems, mobile applications, and proprietary internal products
  • Evaluate proposed product-design changes and improve the user experience
  • Help prioritize the configuration administration workload
  • Investigate escalated online issues through troubleshooting, research, and diagnosis
  • Identify system improvements and support configuration change requests
  • Coordinate communication among management, development teams, and customers
  • Conduct site demonstrations or training when needed
  • Manage and resolve cases in JIRA
  • Develop and execute test plans
  • Maintain current knowledge of information technology, emerging trends, and company applications
  • Take part in continuing professional development and training
  • Build expertise in ADTRAV software, the travel industry, and the customer base
  • Represent ADTRAV by maintaining constructive relationships with employees, clients, vendors, partners, and stakeholders
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
  • Handle other assigned duties and responsibilities

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required
  • At least three years of travel industry experience is required
  • More than five years of experience with Concur and Sabre
  • At least two years of experience with Deem, Cytric, and GetThere
  • Experience with Cvent, Amadeus, and mobile products is preferred
  • Experience writing PNR Editor strings is required
  • Cvent configuration or online booking tool certifications are a plus
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex information from multiple sources
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience using issue-tracking systems such as Jira
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong business writing skills
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Consistent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work remotely while meeting company home-office and productivity requirements
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to protect confidential company and client information
  • Ability to successfully complete a credit, criminal, and/or employment-reference background check
  • Ability to successfully complete a government clearance process when required
