Operations Recruiter - GEICO Hybrid in Richardson

Lead full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for GEICO’s sales, customer service, and claims teams. This hybrid position supports recruiting operations in the Richardson area.

Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create clear job descriptions.
  • Identify, interview, and evaluate candidates against role qualifications and organizational fit.
  • Develop qualified candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, local events, and employee referrals.
  • Oversee high-volume requisitions and candidate pipelines.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely updates and ongoing engagement.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluations, then prepare and present offer packages.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and share timely feedback.
  • Own the complete recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer development.
  • Work with recruiters, business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to assess talent needs, advise on strategy, and implement solutions.
  • Recruit for high-volume sales, customer service, and claims positions.

Requirements

  • At least three years of related full-cycle recruiting experience is required; contact center or high-volume recruiting experience is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required, or four additional years of relevant work experience may be accepted in its place.
  • Demonstrated talent-search expertise across search strategy, innovative sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Ability to influence outcomes in a fast-paced setting while working effectively with diverse teams and cultures.
  • Experience with retained or technical recruiting in a large, complex organization.
  • Strong initiative, communication, relationship-building, analytical, critical-thinking, and judgment skills.
  • Ability to learn and apply substantial technical and procedural information.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed is preferred.
  • Experience directly managing requisitions and applicant dispositioning in an applicant tracking system is preferred.
