Advise IEHP business units on leadership, organizational development, and learning strategy. Create measurable development programs that support performance, engagement, and culture.

Description

  • Assess capability gaps with leaders and align learning strategies to enterprise objectives
  • Create annual and multiyear learning plans for assigned business areas
  • Align learning initiatives with performance, engagement, and culture goals
  • Advise senior leaders and HR Business Partners on learning and development matters
  • Conduct needs assessments using performance consulting methods
  • Identify root causes of performance gaps and recommend learning, process, structural, or leadership interventions
  • Lead strategic discussions on leadership development, team effectiveness, and change management
  • Help design evidence-based learning solutions grounded in adult learning principles
  • Apply modern learning technologies and analytics to improve engagement and assess results
  • Deliver high-impact leadership and team development sessions as needed
  • Support organizational effectiveness work, including team interventions, culture initiatives, leadership frameworks, and change programs
  • Lead team sessions addressing alignment, accountability, communication, and performance
  • Use 360-degree feedback, personality assessments, and engagement data to shape development strategies
  • Contribute to succession planning, individual development plans, and leadership readiness programs
  • Define success measures and assess the effectiveness of learning interventions
  • Apply engagement surveys, performance data, 9-box insights, and KPIs to refine recommendations
  • Identify ongoing opportunities to increase learning impact and business value
  • Complete additional duties needed to support Health Plan operations and departmental business needs

Requirements

  • At least five years of progressive experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management
  • Experience advising senior leaders in complex organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of instructional design methods such as ADDIE
  • Understanding of adult learning theory and performance consulting
  • Experience delivering leadership development programs
  • Strong consulting, communication, and influencing abilities
  • Capability in organizational diagnostics, team effectiveness, and change management
  • Strong analytical ability and confidence using data to guide decisions
  • Ability to convert business strategy into scalable learning solutions
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, e-learning tools such as Articulate and Captivate, and emerging learning technologies including AR and VR
