HPE Partner Business Manager - United States Remote

Lead HPE’s ePlus partnership across four U.S. states, driving revenue, profitability, pipeline, and market growth. Build executive relationships and coordinate joint sales strategies across HPE’s partner ecosystem.

Description

  • Act as a trusted adviser to ePlus while building relationships that support HPE’s business priorities
  • Grow HPE revenue, profitability, and pipeline through joint business planning and data-led sales execution
  • Build expertise in ePlus priorities, industry trends, IT environments, investment plans, HPE priorities, and HPE technology
  • Present HPE portfolios and solution value to clearly differentiate them from competitors
  • Develop executive relationships with ePlus to expand HPE market share
  • Coordinate sales rhythms, education, marketing, executive briefings, forecasting, business planning, and customer engagements
  • Map ePlus and HPE Sales accounts to improve field-sales alignment
  • Direct HPE strategies, programs, and systems in collaboration with and on behalf of ePlus
  • Encourage ePlus to expand its sellers, Solution Architects, and other resources dedicated to HPE
  • Match HPE products, services, and technology alliances to customer requirements and quota objectives
  • Recruit new partners and cultivate ongoing partner relationships
  • Confirm partners understand and follow HPE SBC requirements and relevant legal obligations
  • Coordinate sales pursuits across Commercial, Enterprise, Public Sector, Cloud, Hyperscaler, and Service Provider segments
  • Own and deliver against a significant sales quota

Requirements

  • A university or bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • Typically, at least eight years of experience in partner sales
  • Background selling through partners in complex business environments
  • Experience collaborating with and through ePlus
  • Strong knowledge of current technology trends and HPE’s related strategy
  • Ability to influence partners, uncover opportunities, and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Understanding of core business and financial principles
  • Strong knowledge of HPE products, competitors, the partner industry, channel dynamics, and market trends
  • Negotiation and conflict-resolution capabilities
  • Knowledge of financial accounting concepts, including income statements, balance sheets, and revenue projections
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting
  • Clear professional verbal and written communication
  • Ability to organize priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, innovative approach to advancing sales
  • Ability to comply with HPE SBC requirements and applicable legal obligations
