Advise Bank of America clients in the Fort Worth area on financial goals, investment plans, and banking solutions. Serve clients in financial centers and by phone.

Description

  • Advise clients on comprehensive, personalized financial solutions
  • Review and triage client leads and service requests
  • Refer clients to business partners and internal service providers based on their needs and asset thresholds
  • Meet with clients to assess financial and investment goals
  • Develop financial plans using brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking, and managed-money solutions
  • Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client objectives
  • Manage and reduce risk in daily activities
  • Identify and engage prospective clients through referrals and financial center relationships
  • Coach referral partners and provide performance feedback
  • Complete required licensing and training
  • Register with the federal SAFE Act registry and remain in good standing
  • Train at one financial center and potentially begin in a phone-based role until a financial center is assigned within a reasonable commuting distance

Requirements

  • Hold Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or Series 63 and Series 65 as substitutes for Series 66
  • If holding Series 63 or 65 without Series 66, pass the missing examination within 60 days
  • Have at least one year of investment-industry experience, including investment training and detailed knowledge of investment products and services
  • Have at least one year of financial-services or sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Set and achieve goals effectively

  • Communicate confidently and clearly
  • Manage goals, navigate complexity, prioritize work, and perform in a fast-paced environment

  • Apply relevant regulatory due diligence to daily activities and long-term client strategies
  • Have a high school diploma, GED, secondary-school credential, or equivalent
  • Complete SAFE Act registration and the required background check for residential mortgage loan origination
  • Be available Monday through Friday and for rotating Saturdays
  • Work 40 hours per week
