Ecommerce Merchandise Assistant - Jellycat, London Hybrid

Support Jellycat’s global online stores through catalogue management, product launches and day-to-day ecommerce operations. Help coordinate cross-functional workflows while maintaining accurate product information and a reliable customer experience across multiple markets.

Description

  • Support daily ecommerce operations across multiple online stores
  • Assist with order administration and related internal processes
  • Coordinate operational requests between Customer Service, Product and Marketing
  • Keep internal records, trackers and reporting documents accurate
  • Help manage the complete product catalogue across ecommerce platforms
  • Support ecommerce product category management
  • Maintain website content and complete routine site housekeeping
  • Keep site assets and product details up to date
  • Pin products featured in Digital Channel activations
  • Help configure and launch new products across ecommerce platforms
  • Enrich products with attributes, imagery, sizing details and customer-facing copy
  • Support Customer Service with ecommerce enquiries and stock updates
  • Monitor and moderate customer reviews across multiple regions
  • Maintain internal stock, launch and product information records
  • Help deliver accurate, timely product information to customers
  • Set up new starters and issue store credit
  • Remove staff allowances and store credit when employees leave
  • Apply staff credit when returned items were purchased using store credit
  • Process affiliate orders
  • Handle personalisation and photography orders
  • Complete warehouse test orders, including gift box testing

Requirements

  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to manage competing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong administrative and written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, collaborative problem solver
  • Genuine interest in ecommerce, retail and customer experience
  • Confident using spreadsheets and ecommerce platforms
  • Interested in ecommerce and digital retail
