Change and Adoption Partner - Hybrid London

Lead change management and adoption activities across Clarion Housing Group projects in a hybrid London-based role. Develop change strategies, engage stakeholders, and coordinate communications, training, and implementation plans.

Description

  • Lead and oversee change management activities across multiple Clarion Housing Group projects
  • Partner with the Change and Adoption Manager on delivery
  • Develop change strategies, communication plans, and training plans with project teams
  • Help teams successfully adopt organisational change
  • Serve as the primary contact for business areas affected by change
  • Engage stakeholders on team impacts and the actions needed to support change
  • Complete Change Impact Assessments
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, presentations, and training sessions
  • Help implement and embed organisational change

Requirements

  • Background in change management within a complex organisation
  • Knowledge of established change management principles and methodologies
  • Experience managing diverse stakeholder relationships and influencing people toward a shared vision or goal
  • Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups
  • Capability to complete Change Impact Assessments
  • Confidence delivering presentations and training to user groups
  • Ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently
  • Highly developed organisational skills
  • Permission to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is unavailable
  • Must live in England or Wales throughout employment
  • Able and willing to work from the London office at least twice monthly and travel to other offices when needed
