Application Support Specialist, Construction Software
Support Trimble customers using AutoBid, Accubid, and Estimation Desktop. Troubleshoot software issues and help improve construction technology workflows.
Description
- Help customers set up, configure, implement, and use AutoBid, Accubid, and Estimation Desktop.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues by phone, email, live chat, and web support.
- Explain technical concepts clearly to users with varied backgrounds.
- Work with support, development, and product teams to improve application quality and customer experience.
Requirements
- Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot standard computer systems and resolve logic-based issues.
- Communicate effectively in writing and conversation, with a customer-focused approach.
- Work independently and perform well in fast-paced or time-sensitive settings.
- Use AI-powered support tools, including chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Construction industry experience in electrical or mechanical trades is a plus.
- One to three years of technical customer support or call center experience is a plus.
- Hands-on familiarity with Accubid products is a plus.
