Account Manager, Business Information Services

Manage and expand Coface’s business information services portfolio through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. Help corporate customers with contracts, service adoption, and analytical reporting.

Description

  • Grow service value across the assigned client portfolio in line with company targets
  • Lead renewal proposals and negotiations within established pricing and renewal policies
  • Identify and develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase contract value
  • Manage customer accounts through welcome meetings, regular visits, calls, and renewal or expansion activities
  • Answer contract-related questions, clarify terms and procedures, and represent customer interests within Coface
  • Monitor customers’ use of purchased services and support improvements in adoption
  • Maintain relevant CRM applications with accurate account information
  • Deliver reports and portfolio insights as needed
  • Create presentations, charts, and analytical reports to support account management activities

Requirements

  • At least six years of experience in a comparable role within the financial or business information sector
  • A certificate or degree in finance, management, or a related field is beneficial
  • Strong business judgment and commercial awareness
  • Solid understanding of financial services and corporate customer needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfort working effectively with stakeholders at all levels across the region
  • Customer-focused approach centered on developing lasting relationships
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
