Technical Analyst - Hybrid Contract
Provide Tier 1 service desk support to Bulletproof’s managed services clients. Resolve Microsoft, desktop, LAN, and server issues while managing tickets and escalating complex problems.

- Handle incoming calls for technical and customer service support
- Respond to emails about technical issues
- Deliver timely first-line technical and customer support alongside related business functions
- Support LAN, desktop, and server devices
- Maintain enterprise Microsoft environments
- Create and manage service desk tickets
- Prioritize the support queue and escalate complex issues to specialized technical teams
आवश्यकताएँ
- Two to three years of experience in a comparable role
- College certificate or diploma in information technology, or relevant experience with industry certification
- Enthusiasm for IT and a commitment to continued learning
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional and effective telephone manner
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Familiarity with ITIL processes is an asset
- Availability for occasional shift work with reasonable notice
- Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AST within a 7x24 operation
