Lead the design of scalable Finance & Accounting outsourcing solutions for Conduent in Guatemala City. Shape RFP responses, operating models, pricing, and transition plans for major client engagements.

- Create end-to-end Finance & Accounting delivery solutions spanning Source to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report.
- Evaluate client needs and convert them into scalable operating models.
- Build delivery strategies across onshore, nearshore, offshore, and hybrid models.
- Define organizational structures, workforce plans, governance frameworks, and service management models.
- Find process improvement and automation opportunities using workflow, AI, OCR, RPA, and analytics.
- Set productivity assumptions, staffing projections, cost models, performance goals, and service-level commitments based on benchmark data.
- Review transaction volumes, handling times, complexity drivers, and operating metrics.
- Build capacity models and forecasts that support deal pricing and business cases.
- Lead F&A solution development for RFPs, RFIs, and client pursuits.
- Prepare solution narratives, executive summaries, staffing plans, transition methods, and delivery models.
- Partner with pricing teams on cost models and commercial recommendations.
- Contribute to client presentations, solution workshops, and due diligence sessions.
- Run discovery workshops and present recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor across the sales lifecycle.
- Create transition and implementation approaches for new engagements.
- Evaluate transition risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Define governance, reporting, and continuous improvement frameworks.
- Support the transition of sold solutions to implementation teams.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations, consulting, outsourcing, shared services, or business process services.
- At least 3 years designing solutions for F&A outsourcing, managed services, or shared services organizations.
- Experience contributing to large-scale RFP responses and competitive pursuits.
- Strong knowledge of F&A processes and operating models.
- Experience developing staffing, productivity, and financial models from benchmark data.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong business writing and executive presentation capabilities.
- Preferred: Background in BPO, shared services, consulting, or finance transformation.
- Preferred: Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP and Oracle.
- Preferred: Experience with RPA, OCR, AI, and workflow automation technologies.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, or continuous improvement methods.
