  • Lead, mentor, and develop a six-person copywriting team
  • Run 1:1s, provide feedback, support career growth, and hire as needed
  • Define expectations for output, quality, and ownership
  • Foster a culture of open feedback and continuous improvement
  • Set editorial standards for accuracy, depth, voice, structure, and product alignment
  • Review and edit content before publication
  • Build team capabilities while reducing reliance on individual review
  • Ensure content reflects the brand voice and product functionality
  • Apply AI tools to make content workflows faster and more effective
  • Work with SEO on keyword strategy, topic clusters, briefs, and content updates
  • Optimize content for traditional search and LLM responses using structure, entities, citations, and freshness
  • Coordinate with web, technical SEO, and design on publishing, templates, internal links, and site performance
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to address customer needs and support the buying journey
  • Turn team OKRs into quarterly content plans and weekly execution cadences
  • Monitor rankings, LLM visibility, organic traffic, conversions, and content-sourced pipeline
  • Evaluate results, expand successful initiatives, discontinue ineffective work, and report performance
  • Advise on future content investment priorities

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least three years of content experience in B2B SaaS
  • At least one year managing writers or a content team
  • Demonstrated success using content to generate measurable traffic, conversions, and pipeline
  • Strong command of SEO principles
  • Interest in how LLMs and AI search systems select and cite content
  • Excellent English-language editing skills
  • A data-informed working style
  • Proficiency with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or comparable tools
  • Experience using OKRs
  • A builder mindset and openness to feedback
  • Experience in telephony, VoIP, contact centers, customer experience, or sales technology is a plus
  • Experience with HubSpot CMS is a plus
  • Experience creating AI-assisted content workflows is a plus
  • Additional language skills are a plus
