HR Technology Manager — Hybrid
Lead workforce master data governance across UKG, Oracle, LMS platforms, and integrations. Support enterprise data quality and HR technology operations for Signature Aviation’s global private aviation terminal network.
विवरण
- Manage master data across core HR platforms, including UKG, Oracle, LMS, and connected integrations.
- Evaluate upstream and downstream effects of system enhancements, configuration changes, integrations, and process updates.
- Work with HR, Payroll, Learning, Talent, Operations, IT, and other teams to protect workforce data integrity.
- Create and maintain master data governance procedures, standards, controls, and supporting documentation.
- Investigate workforce data problems, recurring defects, integration effects, and emerging quality trends.
- Collaborate with platform owners to establish data standards, field definitions, ownership models, validation rules, and controls.
- Contribute workforce data analysis, cleansing, migration, mapping, and governance support to roadmap initiatives.
- Help reporting teams deliver data extracts, dashboards, control checks, and recurring data quality processes.
- Facilitate stakeholder decisions on data definitions, ownership, cross-system effects, remediation priorities, and governance.
- Train and advise analysts, HR centers of excellence, and operational partners on data procedures, usage expectations, and quality standards.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems, data analytics, business, technology, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be accepted.
- At least eight years of experience in HR data management, HRIS, master data, data governance, HR technology, or enterprise application support.
- Experience with Oracle HCM, UKG, LMS platforms, HR integrations, workforce data, or comparable HR data ecosystems is preferred.
- Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow HRSD, or similar project management and ticketing platforms is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience creating data governance processes, controls, quality routines, reports, and cross-system impact assessments.
- Experience collaborating with HR, IT, Operations, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple business domains.
- An advanced degree or equivalent professional experience in information technology, human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Deep knowledge of HR processes, data structures, workforce data lifecycles, integrations, ownership models, and downstream effects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause investigation capabilities.
- Ability to turn complex data problems into practical business and system recommendations.
- Clear communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including explaining technical subjects to nontechnical audiences.
- Ability to establish governance practices and drive cross-functional adoption of data standards and usage guidelines.
- Ability to coach and develop junior analysts while remaining accountable for platform results.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent focus on data quality, controls, and operational dependability.
- Curiosity and flexibility to follow developments in HR data, technology, automation, and responsible AI.
- Availability for flexible working hours and occasional travel; release, testing, or production support may sometimes require evening or weekend work.
