  • Provide senior executive support to the Chairman/CEO and Portfolio COO.
  • Screen and prioritize executive inboxes, highlighting key correspondence, decisions, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and priority commitments for both executives.
  • Preserve executive focus by routing operational matters to the right owners.
  • Monitor commitments and follow through on resulting actions.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between the Founder and COO.
  • Track strategic priorities and major developments across the business portfolio.
  • Monitor key projects, risks, decisions, deadlines, ownership, and next steps.
  • Follow up with executives and project leads to sustain progress and accountability.
  • Flag emerging risks, stalled work, unclear ownership, and delayed decisions.
  • Bring teams and stakeholders together when work requires cross-functional coordination.
  • Condense complex operational updates into clear executive summaries.
  • Present issues with relevant context, available options, and proposed next steps.
  • Follow actions through to defined outcomes.
  • Help the Founder and COO avoid becoming unnecessary approval or workflow bottlenecks.
  • Maintain a portfolio-wide view, then step back when ownership and outcomes are established.
