Director of People Partners - Marathon Health (Remote)
Lead People Partner strategy, workforce analytics, Workday optimization, and responsible AI enablement for Marathon Health’s value-based primary care organization. Advise healthcare leaders while building and developing a six-person People Partner team.

- Set the People Partner strategy, priorities, KPIs, and success measures
- Manage, coach, and develop a six-person People Partner team
- Advise business and clinical operations leaders on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership performance, change management, and transformation
- Evaluate workforce capacity, organizational structure, critical roles, talent risks, and future capability needs
- Build people-leader capability through coaching, consultation, practical tools, and scalable learning
- Direct complex investigations, performance issues, accommodations, leave matters, separations, and workplace concerns
- Collaborate with HRIS to improve Workday processes, data quality, reporting, and manager self-service
- Select and deploy responsible AI tools and automation for People Partner workflows and healthcare workforce decisions
- Interpret workforce data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities, then develop recommendations and impact scorecards
- Lead people strategy for organizational changes and enterprise transformations
- Track employment requirements and healthcare workforce considerations while guiding policy application
- Oversee assigned People Operations programs and vendors, including leave administration, workers’ compensation, unemployment, immigration, and compliance reporting
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in human resources or People Partner roles
- At least 5 years leading a People Partner team or comparable HR business partner function
- Proven experience supporting a complex healthcare organization, clinical workforce, or multi-site healthcare operation
- Practical experience using Workday for HR processes, workforce reporting, data-informed decisions, and process improvement
- Experience applying AI tools, automation, or advanced analytics in healthcare, human resources, or workforce operations
- Working knowledge of responsible-use and data-privacy considerations
- Advanced expertise in teammate relations, employment law, performance management, organizational design, workforce planning, change leadership, and HR operations
- Proven ability to advise senior leaders, work through ambiguity, influence across a matrixed organization, and lead complex decisions with sound judgment
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, healthcare administration, organizational leadership, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
