Customer Success Manager, Russian-Speaking (Dubai)
Help S&P Global Energy customers get more value from energy and commodities solutions through onboarding, training, and adoption support across EMEA. The role is based onsite in Dubai and serves Russian- and English-speaking clients.

- Build customer relationships by understanding their needs and helping them get value from S&P Global Energy solutions
- Onboard clients promptly and deliver training remotely and in person
- Tailor training to each customer’s needs and workflows
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support adoption and satisfaction
- Use customer data to spot engagement gaps and opportunities to create value
- Advise customers and recommend ways to improve their experience and outcomes
- Share customer feedback to help improve the experience
- Work with teams across the business to deliver a consistent customer experience
- Identify and resolve customer challenges before they escalate
- Keep up with industry, market, regional, and product developments
- Record customer engagement accurately in Gainsight
- Contribute as an individual specialist rather than lead a team
आवश्यकताएँ
- Fluent Russian and English, with strong spoken and written communication
- Additional European language skills are an advantage
- Typically, at least three years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role
- Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, or a similar platform is an advantage
- Knowledge of the energy, commodities, or finance sectors is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Able to manage several accounts and projects at the same time
- Willingness and ability to travel to meet clients
