Descriere

  • Build customer relationships by understanding their needs and helping them get value from S&P Global Energy solutions
  • Onboard clients promptly and deliver training remotely and in person
  • Tailor training to each customer’s needs and workflows
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support adoption and satisfaction
  • Use customer data to spot engagement gaps and opportunities to create value
  • Advise customers and recommend ways to improve their experience and outcomes
  • Share customer feedback to help improve the experience
  • Work with teams across the business to deliver a consistent customer experience
  • Identify and resolve customer challenges before they escalate
  • Keep up with industry, market, regional, and product developments
  • Record customer engagement accurately in Gainsight
  • Contribute as an individual specialist rather than lead a team

Cerințe

  • Fluent Russian and English, with strong spoken and written communication
  • Additional European language skills are an advantage
  • Typically, at least three years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role
  • Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, or a similar platform is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the energy, commodities, or finance sectors is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Able to manage several accounts and projects at the same time
  • Willingness and ability to travel to meet clients
