- Oversee Soulhouse’s social channels, editorial planning, quality, and brand consistency
- Turn brand strategy, voice, and visual identity into social content
- Maintain and evolve the social playbook
- Create Reels, responsive ads, viral formats, carousels, static posts, and video edits
- Spot trends on Instagram and TikTok and tailor them to each platform
- Track community conversations, trends, and wellbeing topics, using insights to guide content and strategy
- Develop guest-led formats and expert partnerships
- Plan and manage social campaigns and brand moments from concept through evaluation
- Brief and coordinate external service providers
- Partner with the Tech team to build an AI-enabled content workflow for trend analysis, topic adaptation, Canva integration, and asset delivery

- Bring 4–7 years of experience in social media management or content, ideally across brand and agency settings
- Be able to put standards into practice, document them, and improve them over time
- Have experience creating SOPs and editorial guidelines
- Edit social content independently and develop formats based on emerging trends
- Provide a portfolio that includes responsive ads, Reels, and viral content
- Have independently run social campaigns from concept through freelancer coordination
- Use AI tools for copywriting, workflow development, and automation
- Understand and help shape ideas such as content agents at a strategic and conceptual level
- Know premium wellbeing brands, Instagram, and TikTok
- Turn community insights into practical decisions
- Use CapCut, Captions, Canva, Asana, Confluence, Claude, and other AI tools confidently
- Write clearly and precisely in fluent German and English
- Experience in self-care or FMCG, plus creator partnerships and community formats, is an advantage
