- Support the European Wholesale Customer Service team in managing its customer portfolio
- Track orders from entry through delivery
- Drive accurate, timely order fulfillment in line with established guidelines and deadlines
- Investigate product and delivery quality reports with logistics and production teams
- Administer returns and customer credit notes in coordination with management control
- Work with Finance on credit management and billing activities
- Maintain regular communication with customers, sales, and other business functions
- Respond promptly to customer and colleague questions, requests, and reported issues
- Coordinate with credit control, logistics, management control, sales, and other company departments
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least three years of experience in a comparable role, preferably in fashion or luxury
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organized, precise, and focused on achieving results
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Fluent English and Italian are required
- Additional European language skills in French, German, or Spanish are a strong advantage
