Contract Manager - Argentina Remote
Manage commercial agreements for Acclaro, a global localization and content intelligence company. Draft, negotiate, administer, and improve contracts while balancing commercial objectives with legal and operational risk.
विवरण
- Own commercial agreements through drafting, review, execution, and post-signature administration
- Draft, review, negotiate, and redline MSAs, SOWs, amendments, NDAs, and other customer contracts
- Handle routine and moderately complex contract matters independently
- Use commercial judgment and escalate unusual or higher-risk issues as needed
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to keep deals moving
- Address contractual questions and resolve agreement-related challenges
- Assess contractual, operational, and commercial risks and propose practical responses
- Maintain reliable contract records, data quality, renewal tracking, and documentation in CLM systems
- Use approved templates, playbooks, and workflows while seeking process improvements
- Provide insight into negotiation themes, contract trends, and workflow challenges to improve efficiency and stakeholder experience
- Serve as an independent contributor reporting to the Legal & Compliance Manager
आवश्यकताएँ
- 5–7 years of experience in contract management, commercial contracting, legal operations, or a related commercial or legal role
- Proven ability to manage commercial agreements independently across the full contract lifecycle
- Strong capabilities in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining
- Ability to interpret contract language, assess risk, and recommend balanced business and compliance solutions
- Sound judgment and comfort navigating ambiguity in non-routine contractual matters
- Experience using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and administering contracts
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated ownership and proactive follow-through
- Preferred: background in professional services, localization, SaaS, technology, or global services
- Preferred: experience supporting international customers or agreements spanning multiple jurisdictions
- Preferred: experience partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, or Operations on commercial contracts
- Preferred: experience identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency
- Preferred: experience working in multicultural, globally distributed, collaborative environments
- Preferred: practical, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to customer and business outcomes
