  • Advocate for clients on employee benefit matters.
  • Help employees resolve benefit issues.
  • Explain how clients and employees can use and maximize their benefit plans.
  • Represent HUB International with knowledgeable, professional, and helpful service.
  • Manage inbound calls through a queue system.
  • Assist clients and employees with claims and benefit concerns.
  • Return calls and inquiries within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with employers, employees, and medical providers to address benefit issues.
  • Record activities to support accurate reporting of eligibility and plan issues.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by a supervisor or manager.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One to two years of healthcare claims processing or benefits administration experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual ability is preferred.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally, verbally and in writing, with internal and external customers.
  • Present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook proficiently.
  • Address customer needs, seek feedback, and handle difficult or emotional situations promptly and accurately.
  • Calculate figures including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Gather relevant information, analyze issues, and solve problems in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Prioritize and organize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Remain stationary for most of the workday.
  • Communicate and exchange information accurately.
  • Operate a computer and office productivity equipment.
  • Move about the office occasionally.
