- Create advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimized transformations across Snowflake, Azure Synapse, BigQuery, and Redshift
- Build and maintain scalable Python and PySpark pipelines for batch and near-real-time data processing
- Develop and administer ELT and ETL workflows with dbt, Azure Data Factory, Airflow, and Fivetran
- Implement Spark processing on Databricks or Azure HDInsight while improving query performance
- Design, build, and deploy enterprise dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau
- Develop semantic models, calculated measures, KPI structures, and row-level security settings
- Create LookML models, explores, and views that support governed self-service analytics
- Design dimensional models and establish reusable metrics, KPIs, hierarchies, and dimensions
- Contribute to AI analytics solutions, including RAG pipelines, conversational BI, vector search, and LLM-generated insights
- Conduct exploratory, statistical, cohort, A/B testing, time-series, and forecasting analyses
- Partner with data science teams to incorporate machine learning outputs into BI reporting layers
- Advise stakeholders, facilitate requirements and solution-design workshops, and present analytics solutions
- Prepare technical and functional documentation and contribute to Agile delivery
- Apply data quality, lineage, metadata, governance, access-control, and compliance practices
- Coach junior analysts and promote BI and analytics best practices
आवश्यकताएँ
- Six to nine years of practical experience spanning business intelligence, advanced analytics, and data engineering
- Advanced SQL skills, including CTEs, window functions, query tuning, stored procedures, and dynamic SQL
- Strong Python capability with pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, SQLAlchemy, requests, and PySpark
- Experience with distributed processing, DataFrame APIs, Spark SQL, and PySpark UDFs
- Advanced DAX experience covering calculated columns, measures, time intelligence, and row-level security
- Experience creating LookML models, explores, and views in Looker
- Shell scripting or Bash experience for pipeline automation and environment administration
- Advanced Power BI skills and working proficiency with Tableau
- Experience using Snowflake and Azure data platforms
- Experience with dbt, Apache Airflow, and ingestion platforms such as Fivetran, Matillion, or Azure Data Factory
- Familiarity with LLM APIs, RAG workflows, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI-native BI tools
- Experience with semantic-layer technologies and dimensional data modeling
- Working knowledge of Git, GitHub or Azure DevOps, Docker fundamentals, Agile/Scrum, and JIRA or Azure Boards
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related discipline is preferred
- Background in consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery is preferred
- Preferred experience developing complete AI- or LLM-powered analytics applications
