विवरण

  • Design and simulate RF and analog blocks, including LNAs, PAs, mixers, and analog filters.
  • Assist with lab measurements and silicon debugging to validate and refine designs.
  • Take part in system analysis and architecture discussions.
  • Set block and system specifications, and distribute performance budgets across the RF signal chain.
  • Help with layout floorplanning and physical verification.
  • Lead designs from interpreting system requirements and choosing topologies through transistor-level implementation, layout guidance, validation, and production ramp-up.
  • Work with system, layout, backend, and validation teams.
  • Assess simulation results, coordinate performance budgets, evaluate layout parasitics, and investigate silicon behavior in the lab.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
  • Advanced knowledge and practical experience in CMOS RF and analog design, including at least one of these areas: LNAs, PAs, mixers, RF amplifiers, or VCOs.
  • Thorough understanding of RFIC and analog design methods and workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and simulate at transistor level and take blocks from concept to silicon.
  • Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso and SpectreRF.
  • Experience using electromagnetic simulation tools.
  • Familiarity with layout, parasitic extraction, and physical verification.
  • Hands-on lab experience with RF measurement equipment, silicon validation, and debugging.
  • Understanding of RF signal chains, performance bottlenecks, and trade-offs.
  • Experience interpreting system-level specifications and allocating performance margins across the RF signal chain.
  • Proficiency with complementary EDA tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and project ownership skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges.
