Manage the complete recruitment process from intake through offer
Build talent pipelines ahead of demand through headhunting, networking, and market mapping

Talablar

Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions
Ability to work quickly while maintaining hiring quality
Experience building talent pipelines proactively through headhunting, networking, and market mapping
Confidence challenging Hiring Managers and coaching them to improve interviewing and decision-making
Ability to link hiring choices to wider team and business objectives
Strong ownership and the ability to turn ambiguity into practical action
Positive, proactive can-do attitude
Commitment to continuous learning and sharing knowledge
Fluency in English and Lithuanian
At least two years of full-cycle recruitment experience covering IT or marketing roles
