Description

  • Manage the complete recruitment process from intake through offer
  • Build talent pipelines ahead of demand through headhunting, networking, and market mapping
  • Identify hiring trends, organizational gaps, and emerging talent needs across teams
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Bar Raisers, challenge assumptions, and support sound hiring decisions
  • Strengthen Hiring Managers’ interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities
  • Evaluate recruitment processes, resolve root causes, and drive improvements
  • Develop lasting relationships while delivering a strong candidate experience
  • Create new ideas and formats that help distinguish Hostinger in the talent market
  • Support Culture, Employer Branding, and Leadership & Development initiatives
  • Continue building technical expertise and effectiveness as a business advisor

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions
  • Ability to work quickly while maintaining hiring quality
  • Experience building talent pipelines proactively through headhunting, networking, and market mapping
  • Confidence challenging Hiring Managers and coaching them to improve interviewing and decision-making
  • Ability to link hiring choices to wider team and business objectives
  • Strong ownership and the ability to turn ambiguity into practical action
  • Positive, proactive can-do attitude
  • Commitment to continuous learning and sharing knowledge
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian
  • At least two years of full-cycle recruitment experience covering IT or marketing roles
