Tavsif

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients and past prospects
  • Conduct frequent phone calls and meaningful client conversations
  • Reconnect with clients who have not recently engaged and prospects who did not complete the process
  • Conduct policy reviews and answer questions about policy loans and PUAs
  • Coordinate client service while the operations team manages paperwork
  • Identify opportunities involving new capital, business sales, and growing families
  • Guide clients toward next steps and schedule appointments with IBC strategists
  • Request referrals from satisfied clients and follow up until they become active conversations
  • Introduce clients to the Passive Income Lab when relevant
  • Recognize clients at risk of leaving and contact them proactively
  • Record calls and next steps in HubSpot
  • Manage weekly metrics covering contacts, opportunities, referrals, and cases

Talablar

  • At least two years of experience in sales, account management, or client relationship work
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or wealth management is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets while maintaining positive client relationships
  • Comfortable spending the workday on phone and video calls
  • Consistent CRM usage; HubSpot experience is an advantage
  • Hold an active life insurance license or be willing to obtain one within 60 days
  • Knowledge of whole life insurance or Infinite Banking is helpful, with training available if needed
  • Complete the application form carefully
  • Submit a résumé and brief video describing your background, sales experience, client service experience, and an example of serving a client that generated additional business or a referral
  • Finalists must complete a Culture Index survey and a live role-play call
