Tavsif

  • Apply established standards and processes to deliver consistent client outcomes
  • Review contracts, billing terms, payment schedules, and invoicing requirements
  • Prepare and issue accurate, timely invoices in line with contracts, accounting standards, and regulations
  • Bill out-of-scope charges, including time-and-materials work and hardware or software resales
  • Maintain billing schedules and support timely invoicing and payment collection
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Keep billing records current, including invoices, payments, and changes to billing terms or schedules
  • Prepare billing and revenue-recognition reports and analyses to support financial reporting
  • Keep timesheets accurate and updated in real time
  • Refer complex issues to senior staff or the appropriate teams
  • Take part in team huddles, L10 meetings, one-on-ones, and other team discussions
  • Complete required training and attend team meetings
  • Support colleagues and collaborate across departments to strengthen client satisfaction
  • Communicate clearly with clients and coworkers
  • Suggest improvements to billing processes and procedures
  • Provide or coordinate prompt responses and guidance for client requests
  • Keep documentation, processes, and standards current through change-management procedures
  • Build and maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services

Talablar

  • Have the necessary work equipment, including a laptop and headset
  • Demonstrate close attention to contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules
  • Use strong numerical skills for calculations, reconciliations, and financial data management
  • Understand basic mathematics and accounting principles
  • Apply analytical judgment when interpreting complex contract terms and conditions
  • Use billing software and related systems proficiently
  • Experience with accounting software and billing platforms is advantageous
  • Communicate effectively in writing and conversation
  • Demonstrate strong organization and time-management abilities
  • Apply sound problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Understand contract terminology, billing terms, and pricing structures
  • Provide strong customer service
  • Bring at least three years of recent IT-industry experience as a Billing Specialist or in a comparable role
  • Be comfortable working Eastern Time hours
  • Be willing to work through a three-month contract period
  • Be available for Eastern Time night-shift hours while based in the Philippines
