Junior Quality and Processes Analyst
Junior analyst supporting Vivo Vita’s technology, infrastructure, and cybersecurity operations. Provides Level 2 support, manages tickets, and monitors service-level agreements.
Tavsif
- Manage Level 2 support tickets
- Resolve routine issues for users of the client application
- Provide technical support for one or more applications
- Monitor and manage the ticket backlog
- Handle tickets according to their priority
- Coordinate ticket prioritization and resolution with vendors
- Track service-level agreements using internal dashboards
Talablar
- Knowledge of programming languages
- Knowledge of PS/SQL is an advantage
- University degree completed or in progress
- Strong technical expertise in technology
- Knowledge of ITIL 3 or later is preferred
- Spanish or English language skills are preferred
