Field Service Technician, Remote in the United States
Install, troubleshoot, and repair banking and retail technology for Diebold Nixdorf. Provide on-site maintenance, software configuration, customer training, and service support.
Tavsif
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software, primarily at customer sites.
- Carry out scheduled inspections, cleaning, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs across an assigned territory.
- Check products for proper operation, resolve problems, or escalate them using established procedures.
- Schedule service visits and complete the required paperwork.
- Support customers to promote service satisfaction and understanding of product functions.
- Diagnose hardware and software failures with diagnostic tools.
- Repair hardware at the component level and adjust mechanical parts.
- Configure and install relevant software.
- Restock consumables as instructed.
- Install, relocate, add, modify, and remove hardware and software products.
- Train customers to use and operate installed hardware and software.
- Take part in KPI initiatives, ongoing training, and special projects.
Talablar
- Relevant education or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant field service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license and driving record that meets Diebold Nixdorf fleet requirements.
