Tavsif
- Develop analytics strategies and solutions for Visa’s external clients across Europe.
- Use data science to address clients’ business challenges.
- Work with VCA consultants to find and develop data science opportunities that support business development and revenue growth.
- Apply predictive modelling and machine learning to improve client acquisition, retention, and profitability.
- Analyze VisaNet data to identify performance metrics and opportunities in issuer P&L.
- Present business-focused findings through data visualisation and clear storytelling.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and shape them into practical data science solutions.
- Oversee several data science projects, setting scope and methods in line with client goals and timelines.
- Plan and carry out analyses using statistical and data mining methods.
- Keep project documentation complete and up to date.
- Improve existing solutions by introducing methods, tools, and established practices.
- Automate workflows and keep up with new data science tools, software, and techniques.
- Contribute throughout delivery, from gathering client needs to presenting actionable findings.
- Divide time between coding and data work, requirements discussions, and internal or external meetings.
Talablar
- Hold permanent UK work authorization and state this on your CV.
- Be graduating in 2026 and available to start in January 2026.
- Have a graduate or postgraduate degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, operational research, computer science, economics, or engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Be fluent in English.
- Communicate effectively and persuasively.
- Be interested in consulting-style work and client-facing projects.
- Be familiar with modern distributed systems, including Hadoop, SQL, MLP, and Apache Spark.
- Know one or more data analytics or programming tools, such as Python.
- Understand predictive modelling and machine learning methods.
