Opis

  • Act as the primary people and culture strategic advisor to senior M&S Greater China leaders (L4+)
  • Turn business strategy into practical people plans
  • Connect people strategies to M&S modernization and China for Global manufacturing transformation
  • Advise on complex organizational issues across multiple sites
  • Bring market intelligence and local business insights to global P&C Center of Excellence program design
  • Lead organizational design and workforce right-sizing across M&S Greater China sites
  • Manage change for manufacturing digitalization and IFB expansion
  • Develop and deliver people plans for major transformations, including the InsuLINK greenfield launch and supply chain restructuring
  • Create and implement strategic workforce plans across M&S Greater China
  • Build talent pipelines and strengthen talent density, internal mobility, and succession planning
  • Develop capability-building programs with the Talent & Learning Center of Excellence
  • Coach and develop M&S site heads and functional leaders
  • Use data-driven insights to support high-impact people decisions
  • Lead and develop a team of four direct reports
  • Guide performance management, calibration, and incentive processes
  • Work with the Rewards & Performance Center of Excellence on compensation structures
  • Ensure people and labor practices comply with Chinese regulations and international standards
  • Handle employee relations and oversee labor relations and social compliance across M&S sites in Greater China

Zahteve

  • Bring at least 15 years of progressive human resources or people and culture experience
  • Have at least eight years as a senior people business partner or HR director in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or advanced manufacturing
  • Have at least five years of experience managing people and culture teams, with demonstrated leadership ability
  • Show a record of strategic partnership with country and site leaders at L4+ and global functional leaders in Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain
  • Demonstrate transformation and change management experience in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Have deep knowledge of China’s regulatory environment and manufacturing strategy
  • Bring advanced skills in strategic thinking, business partnership, workforce planning, organizational design, change management, cross-cultural management, and stakeholder management
  • Use people analytics effectively to generate data and insights
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree
  • Be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English
