Infobip is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit technical and non-technical professionals for its global cloud communications business. The role covers full-cycle hiring, stakeholder advising, candidate experience, and employer branding.
Descriere
- Own recruitment from intake through offer negotiation, covering sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate coordination
- Create and execute talent-sourcing approaches that support Infobip’s business objectives
- Drive or support international Talent Acquisition initiatives such as internships, employee referrals, LinkedIn improvements, and internal mobility
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify workforce needs, prepare engaging job descriptions, and shape role-specific hiring plans
- Advise hiring managers and coach them in effective interview practices
- Maintain a clear, consistent, and positive experience for candidates throughout the interview journey
- Develop productive relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and talent communities
- Contribute to employer-branding activities and represent Infobip at company and industry events
- Follow hiring-market developments, compensation benchmarks, and competitor recruitment practices
- Measure recruiting performance, interpret hiring data, and recommend improvements to processes
- Resolve complex recruiting situations with independence, resilience, and sound judgment
Cerințe
- Master’s degree in economics, human resources, psychology, business administration, or a related discipline
- At least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within IT or an international organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage complete recruitment processes for complex technical and non-technical roles
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday experience is advantageous
- Strong capabilities in talent sourcing and candidate assessment
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Capacity to balance multiple roles and priorities in a fast-changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Fluent written and spoken English
