Talent Acquisition Specialist at Infobip - Hybrid in Croatia

Infobip is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit technical and non-technical professionals for its global cloud communications business. The role covers full-cycle hiring, stakeholder advising, candidate experience, and employer branding.

Own recruitment from intake through offer negotiation, covering sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate coordination
Create and execute talent-sourcing approaches that support Infobip’s business objectives
Drive or support international Talent Acquisition initiatives such as internships, employee referrals, LinkedIn improvements, and internal mobility
Partner with hiring managers to clarify workforce needs, prepare engaging job descriptions, and shape role-specific hiring plans
Advise hiring managers and coach them in effective interview practices
Maintain a clear, consistent, and positive experience for candidates throughout the interview journey
Develop productive relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and talent communities
Contribute to employer-branding activities and represent Infobip at company and industry events
Follow hiring-market developments, compensation benchmarks, and competitor recruitment practices
Measure recruiting performance, interpret hiring data, and recommend improvements to processes
Resolve complex recruiting situations with independence, resilience, and sound judgment

Master’s degree in economics, human resources, psychology, business administration, or a related discipline
At least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within IT or an international organization
Demonstrated ability to manage complete recruitment processes for complex technical and non-technical roles
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday experience is advantageous
Strong capabilities in talent sourcing and candidate assessment
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
Capacity to balance multiple roles and priorities in a fast-changing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Fluent written and spoken English
