Manage ServiceNow CMDB configuration items, IT assets, and data quality for State Street’s financial services operations. Support ITIL-aligned CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, integrations, and regulatory initiatives.
Descriere
- Manage the full lifecycle of Configuration Items (CIs) and IT assets in the ServiceNow CMDB, maintaining accurate, complete, and consistent data.
- Partner with ServiceNow developers, solution architects, and integration teams to maintain reliable data exchanges between the CMDB, discovery tools, and external systems.
- Track, assess, and report CMDB health indicators such as completeness, correctness, and compliance, leading remediation when issues arise.
- Support ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations that automate accurate CI and asset data population.
- Maintain CMDB processes and data in line with audit, risk, security, and regulatory obligations.
- Contribute to CMDB, Foundation Data, and CSDM programs in collaboration with architects, developers, platform owners, and service teams across the organization.
Cerințe
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise with ServiceNow CMDB, including CI classes, relationships, reconciliation, and normalization.
- Experience supporting IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management processes based on ITIL standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with an emphasis on data quality and process improvement.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and system integrations, including APIs, data imports, and third-party tools.
- At least 8–10 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow, CMDB, IT Asset Management, or related ITSM functions.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and additional ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification and advanced knowledge of ITIL practices are advantageous.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, hybrid infrastructure, and modern IT operations models.
