Lead technology and non-technology recruitment across Joom Group, an international e-commerce technology organization. Improve hiring operations, reach hard-to-find candidates, and secure strong offers.
Descriere
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology and non-technology positions
- Test sourcing methods, messaging approaches, assessment techniques, and AI-supported workflows
- Track recruitment experiment outcomes and expand the methods that perform well
- Identify and build relationships with passive candidates
- Research talent markets and develop pipelines for anticipated hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers as a trusted recruitment advisor
- Define position profiles and establish clear hiring standards
- Share relevant talent-market intelligence
- Lead offer negotiations and close candidates in competitive hiring situations
Cerințe
- At least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience covering both technology and non-technology hiring
- Demonstrated direct-sourcing ability, including successful hires from personal outreach
- Experience using or developing AI tools in day-to-day recruiting, with examples of improved speed or quality
- Proven ability to modify hiring processes, conduct experiments, and assess their results
- Strong understanding of the relevant technology stack
- Experience collaborating with demanding stakeholders, including managers hiring for the first time
- Fluent English
