Financial Administrative Assistant
Part-time role handling invoices, payments, and reconciliations for Troostwijk Auctions’ digital auction platform. Support month-end and year-end closing as part of a hybrid team in Amsterdam.
Descriere
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records
- Process incoming and outgoing invoices and bank transactions
- Monitor the approval workflow for purchase invoices
- Prepare outgoing payments
- Manage shared administrative inboxes
- Reconcile clearing accounts and record financial transactions
- Support month-end and year-end closing
- Work independently, contribute ideas, and take initiative within the finance team
- Support a more circular future through financial administration at Troostwijk Auctions
Cerințe
- Bring around two to five years of relevant work experience
- Have MBO level 4 vocational education or equivalent, preferably in finance or business economics
- Be analytical with a keen eye for detail
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Have extensive Excel experience; Exact Online experience is preferred
- Be proficient in spoken and written Dutch and English
