Senior Performance Marketing Specialist - Remote India

Lead paid acquisition optimization across international markets, focusing on CAC, ROAS, and LTV. Use testing, analytics, attribution insights, and cross-functional collaboration to improve campaign performance.

Descriere

  • Run, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across mobile app, remarketing, and acquisition objectives.
  • Configure campaigns, quality assurance processes, bidding, targeting, pacing, creative rotation, and tracking.
  • Evaluate performance across products, markets, audiences, and channels.
  • Relate media metrics to conversions, revenue, CAC, and LTV.
  • Find opportunities to increase acquisition efficiency throughout the funnel.
  • Control spend within approved budgets and recommend budget reallocations.
  • Plan and execute structured tests involving creative, audiences, landing pages, bidding approaches, and campaign formats.
  • Work with Creative and Product teams to strengthen advertisements and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with Data and Engineering to verify tracking and use attribution and incrementality findings.
  • Manage and improve remarketing through audience segmentation, creative sequencing, and frequency controls to support re-engagement, retention, and repeat conversions.
  • Report to the Manager, Performance Marketing.
  • Lead campaign delivery, optimization, and performance recommendations as a senior individual contributor.

Cerințe

  • At least five years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in a B2C subscription or consumer technology company.
  • Demonstrated success optimizing multi-channel campaigns, managing pacing, and making data-driven budget recommendations against acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Advanced practical experience with Apple Search Ads, Google, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Strong analytical judgment for diagnosing performance shifts, prioritizing opportunities, and converting data into actionable campaign decisions.
  • Working knowledge of attribution and incrementality, including applying measurement results to campaign choices.
  • Ability to present performance insights and recommendations through dashboards, written reports, and structured presentations.
  • Ability to collaborate across remote, cross-functional teams while independently managing multiple campaigns and priorities.
  • Experience launching and managing campaigns in international markets, including the United States, United Kingdom, or European Union.
  • Experience with GA4 and campaign reporting or visualization platforms such as Looker.
  • Experience using results from incrementality testing or marketing mix modeling to guide campaign decisions.
  • Interest in AI-powered products, writing tools, or education technology is a bonus.
  • Required skills include campaign optimization, paid media advertising, and landing page optimization.
  • Preferred skills include attribution modeling, budget allocation, and LTV analysis.
