Descriere

  • Set the strategic and creative direction for content by connecting brand goals, audience insight and cultural context.
  • Guide concepts from first idea to finished content while setting ambitious creative standards.
  • Write focused creative briefs aligned with brand priorities, audience understanding and commercial aims.
  • Create distinctive ideas and communicate creative thinking clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each brand, its audience, market position, competitors and category.
  • Apply audience, social and cultural intelligence to uncover relevant and differentiated creative opportunities.
  • Direct campaign, always-on and reactive content shoots from a creative perspective.
  • Make on-set creative calls and direct photographers, videographers, models, creators and production teams.
  • Collaborate with the Art Director to ensure the visual work reflects the intended creative direction.
  • Evaluate content during production and post-production, pushing back when quality falls below standard.
  • Lead creative concepts across campaigns, always-on activity, reactive work, creator content and UGC.
  • Keep pace with cultural shifts, social behaviour, emerging formats and evolving creative practices.
  • Provide senior creative leadership across social, creative, production and account teams.
  • Work closely with Accounts to understand client needs and uncover new creative possibilities.
  • Coach and develop junior colleagues through constructive feedback and practical guidance.
  • Use performance data, audience behaviour and social insight to shape future briefs and creative work.
  • Keep creative ambition aligned with brand requirements and commercial priorities.

Cerințe

  • Substantial experience in content, creative and social strategy, with evidence of taking ideas from brief through delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms, content formats, target audiences and cultural developments.
  • Experience directing shoots and collaborating with photographers, videographers, creators and production crews.
  • Excellent creative judgement and the ability to identify genuinely effective ideas and content.
  • Confidence presenting creative work and navigating challenging discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A strong grasp of brand strategy and its application to compelling content.
  • Commercial awareness and the judgement to balance creative ambition with client and business needs.
  • A collaborative, hands-on approach combined with the confidence to own decisions and lead delivery.
  • Natural leadership skills, with the ability to motivate others, raise quality and bring out the best in a broader team.
