Descriere

  • Maintain the headcount model and organization charts, and report monthly headcount plan versus actuals.
  • Model organization design scenarios covering spans, layers, and costs to inform business unit restructures and workforce planning.
  • Build and maintain the People dashboard as the authoritative source for people metrics.
  • Automate monthly People reports and other recurring reporting.
  • Analyze survey, attrition, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and drivers.
  • Translate findings into actionable recommendations for People Business Partners and leaders.
  • Prepare accurate data and a clear narrative for C-suite and board materials.
  • Provide the VP of People Strategy with ad hoc analysis on priority questions.
  • Set consistent metric definitions and work with People Systems to maintain accurate, secure source data.

Cerințe

  • Bring 4–7 years of experience in people analytics, financial planning and analysis, or consulting.
  • Have strong SQL skills and proficiency with at least one business intelligence tool, such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Demonstrate strong modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and translate data into insights for senior audiences.
  • Experience in organization design, workforce planning, or a high-growth startup is a plus.
