Contract Trainer in Controlling and Business Intelligence

Descriere

  • Guide learners’ progress and keep them motivated.
  • Coach and support learners in a flipped classroom setting.
  • Help learners engage actively with course material and apply it in practice.
  • Use innovative formats to encourage knowledge sharing.
  • Build a positive learning and working environment that motivates participants.
  • Support learners as they complete project assignments independently.
  • Evaluate project work.
  • Contribute to ongoing product development.
  • Teach remotely from a home office.

Cerințe

  • At least two years of professional experience in Controlling and Business Intelligence.
  • In-depth knowledge of Controlling and Business Intelligence.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Information Systems, or a related field, and/or relevant professional experience.
  • Knowledge of AI fundamentals for reporting.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization.
  • Knowledge of forecasting and scenario planning.
  • Knowledge of automated reporting and anomaly detection.
  • Knowledge of using AI to understand and evaluate processes.
  • Knowledge of self-service Business Intelligence.
  • Experience using Power BI.
  • Microsoft Excel experience is preferred.
  • Ability to use generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT and Copilot in Excel, to support work processes.
  • Include an overview of projects involving Power BI and/or AI tools in Controlling and Business Intelligence with your application.
  • Excellent German proficiency at C2 level, as German is the language of instruction.
  • Knowledge of modern teaching methods and empathetic learner support.
  • Several years of experience as an online trainer, ideally in publicly funded continuing education.
  • Ability to use innovative teaching methods in live online sessions.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
