Treasury Key Account Manager

Manage and grow strategic customer relationships for Agicap’s cash flow, treasury and payments platform. The role focuses on renewals, account expansion and demonstrating value to finance leaders.

Descriere

  • Manage a portfolio of customers, staying in regular contact and building trusted relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Partner with treasury and finance teams, CFOs and managing directors to understand their goals and business models, and show how taking action can improve ROI, save time and increase transparency.
  • Renew contracts, spot early signs of churn and retain customers at risk.
  • Create growth plans for each account, lead discovery calls and product demos, develop business cases and negotiate proposals through potentially long sales cycles.
  • Lead executive business reviews and make Agicap’s value clear to customers.
  • Share expertise and customer feedback with the onboarding, product and technology teams to improve processes and inform the product roadmap.

Cerințe

  • Several years of treasury or cash management experience, such as in a treasury department, consulting, banking or at a treasury or financial software provider.
  • A record of success in a customer-facing, target-driven role such as account management, upselling, renewals or business development, with confidence negotiating complex deals with senior finance leaders.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment where processes are still developing, with a willingness to share knowledge.
  • Fluent German and very good English.
