Remote Business Development Manager, Australia — Mortgage Lending
Grow Bridgit’s mortgage broker network by building partnerships and advising on loan structures. Drive settlements and sales performance for an Australian fintech lender.
Descriere
- Grow new business and extend Bridgit’s mortgage broker network
- Manage and strengthen relationships across a portfolio of mortgage brokers
- Work with aggregator partners to identify opportunities and pursue shared goals
- Advise brokers on loan scenarios and lending structures
- Represent Bridgit at broker and aggregator events
- Meet settlement volume targets and agreed performance indicators
- Monitor and report sales results against company objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve processes and the broker experience
- Address client needs and provide high-quality customer service
Cerințe
- Experience in residential mortgage lending and sales
- A record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the broker sector
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, credit criteria, and lending structures
- Ability to develop and sustain productive partnerships
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- Confidence presenting to groups
- A cooperative, practical approach to solving problems
- Careful attention to detail and focus on delivering results
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment
- A current, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
- Successful completion of pre-employment checks, including reference and standard police checks
