Description

  • Grow new business and extend Bridgit’s mortgage broker network
  • Manage and strengthen relationships across a portfolio of mortgage brokers
  • Work with aggregator partners to identify opportunities and pursue shared goals
  • Advise brokers on loan scenarios and lending structures
  • Represent Bridgit at broker and aggregator events
  • Meet settlement volume targets and agreed performance indicators
  • Monitor and report sales results against company objectives
  • Coordinate with internal teams to improve processes and the broker experience
  • Address client needs and provide high-quality customer service

Requirements

  • Experience in residential mortgage lending and sales
  • A record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the broker sector
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, credit criteria, and lending structures
  • Ability to develop and sustain productive partnerships
  • Excellent spoken and written communication
  • Confidence presenting to groups
  • A cooperative, practical approach to solving problems
  • Careful attention to detail and focus on delivering results
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment
  • A current, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
  • Successful completion of pre-employment checks, including reference and standard police checks
