Part-time freelance trainer with WBS TRAINING, delivering Controlling and Business Intelligence courses. Support learners with Power BI, AI tools and flipped-classroom teaching.
Descriere
- Help learners succeed and stay motivated throughout their training
- Coach and mentor learners using a flipped-classroom approach
- Encourage learners to engage with course material and apply it in practice
- Lead discussions about course content through engaging formats
- Build a positive learning and working atmosphere that motivates participants
- Guide learners through individual project assignments
- Evaluate project work
- Contribute to ongoing product development
- Deliver training from a home office
Cerințe
- At least two years of professional experience in Controlling and Business Intelligence
- Strong knowledge of Controlling and Business Intelligence
- A degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Information Systems or a related field, and/or relevant professional experience
- Understanding of AI fundamentals for reporting
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization
- Knowledge of forecasting and scenario analysis
- Knowledge of automated reporting and anomaly detection
- Knowledge of using AI to understand and assess processes
- Knowledge of self-service Business Intelligence
- Experience using Power BI as the primary tool
- Microsoft Excel experience is desirable
- Ability to use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot effectively in Excel
- Include an overview of projects using Power BI and/or AI tools in Controlling or Business Intelligence with your application
- German proficiency at C2 level for delivering training
- Several years of online training experience is desirable
- Experience in publicly funded continuing education is an advantage
- Experience using innovative teaching methods in live online sessions is desirable
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork are desirable
