Lead Temenos data migration for large-scale private banking implementations at EY. Oversee ETL, data mapping and reconciliation, while guiding teams and coordinating with stakeholders.

Descriere

  • Set the end-to-end data migration approach for Temenos Wealth implementations and oversee delivery.
  • Manage ETL, data profiling, cleansing, mapping, and reconciliation.
  • Advise on Temenos T24 architecture, administration, configuration, and data structures.
  • Oversee development with Infobasic, Core Java, EJB, J2EE, and ETL tools including Informatica.
  • Manage, tune, and optimize Oracle, DB2, Postgres, MySQL, and MSSQL databases.
  • Apply core banking and wealth expertise across Private Banking, Securities, Accounting, Compliance, AML, and GL structures.
  • Prepare and validate migration strategies, data mappings, ETL flows, and reconciliation reports.
  • Work with clients to gather requirements and clarify migration needs.
  • Report progress to project managers, technical leads, managers, and onsite coordinators.
  • Lead large migration teams and mentor team members.
  • Identify migration risks, develop mitigations, and address critical issues.
  • Support estimates, engagement assessments, pre-sales, project planning, and resource allocation.
  • Train clients and internal teams in migration practices and Temenos tools.

Cerințe

  • MBA, MCA, BE, B.Tech, or equivalent qualification and 12–18 years of industry experience.
  • Team lead experience on one or more T24 projects.
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate with onsite coordinators.
  • Ability to complete assigned work on time and provide regular status updates.
  • Ability to work with customer representatives as needed.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
  • Experience with Temenos Data Migration Tools, including DMX, DM Studio, and DM Framework.
  • Expertise in Temenos T24 or Private Wealth Core.
  • ETL process design and optimization experience.
  • Experience mapping source data to Temenos target structures.
  • Data transformation, validation, and reconciliation skills.
  • SQL or PL/SQL skills and database management experience.
  • Performance tuning experience for large-scale migration.
  • Experience analyzing legacy systems and defining data extraction strategies.
  • Ability to develop migration scripts using Temenos tools.
  • Familiarity with job scheduling tools such as AWA.
  • Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools such as Tivoli, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
  • Ability to define migration strategy and roadmap.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
  • Experience leading large migration teams and collaborating across functions.
  • Project planning, resource allocation, and status reporting skills.
  • Ability to mentor and train team members in migration practices.
