Descriere

  • Design and evolve architecture for enterprise platforms.
  • Work with IT and business teams to address complex technical challenges.
  • Lead architecture initiatives that support functional strategies.
  • Advance AI enablement, automation, integrations, and cloud transformation.
  • Turn unclear stakeholder needs into prioritized projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Manage requirements intake, discovery, process mapping, impact analysis, and scoping.
  • Complete solution designs and coordinate technical delivery from start to finish.
  • Plan testing, support user acceptance testing, resolve defects, deploy solutions, check results, and reconcile historical data.
  • Manage data quality monitoring, cleansing, validation, migration or backloading, and reconciliation.
  • Design and maintain architecture for IT-managed systems and platforms.
  • Translate business and operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Set integration approaches for SaaS and cloud platforms.
  • Assess emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Keep solutions aligned with security, compliance, and governance standards.
  • Improve system performance, scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency.
  • Mentor colleagues and provide technical guidance.
  • Help shape architecture standards, documentation, and practices.
  • Contribute to vendor assessments and technology selection.
  • Oversee enterprise platforms, including role-based access, licensing, and cost optimization.

Cerințe

  • Experience with enterprise systems, cloud or hybrid environments, and API or SaaS integration design.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Certinia, Rippling, and Greenhouse.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of security, governance, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to balance hands-on delivery with long-term architecture planning.
  • At least eight years of experience in systems, application, or enterprise architecture, or a similar field.
  • Experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure, system design, and security principles.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and assess technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks or security and compliance standards.
  • Some experience with vendor selection or mentoring team members.
  • Experience with AI, automation, or modernization initiatives is preferred.
